We value your business and are here to assist you in any way we can. We answer
all emails received - generally within 1 business day.
Q. How "real" are your flowers ?
A. All of our products are artificial. They are made from the highest quality
materials. Our designers have years of experience working in the "live" plant
industry. They know what the real plant looks like and this is reflected in
the finished product.
Q. How do I order one of your products ?
A. At present our ordering system is online only.
Q. What payment methods do you accept ?
A. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex & Discover credit cards, or pay through
your paypal account.
Q. Is it safe to use my credit card when ordering ?
A. Yes. We currently use paypal to process all our payments. We do not need
your credit card details on our site. You are transferred to Paypal's secure
site to make your payment.
Q. Do I need a paypal account to make a payment ?
A. No. Paypal process our credit card transactions also.
Q. Can I purchase your products as a gift ?
A. Yes. You may purchase any of our products as a gift. Simply make your
selection and when you get to the shopping cart you have the option to put in
a delivery address that is different to the billing address. Please be aware
that we only ship to continental U.S. states.
Q. I don't live in the United States. Can I still order your products ?
A. Unfortunately at this time we only ship to continental U.S. states.
Q. When will my order ship ?
A. Your order will generally ship within 2/3 business days.
Q. Can I check the status of my order ?
A. Yes. Once you have placed your order, you can track it on our website using
your order number which is quoted when your order is completed.
Q. Do you offer a guarantee or warranty ?
A. Absolutely. We offer a no questions asked 15 days return policy. If you are
unhappy with your purchase simply email us to initiate the return. We will
refund the full value of your purchase when we receive the product. Shipping
costs are non-refundable.
Q. How much shipping is added to my order ?
A. All orders over $99 are shipped FREE. Order values below this figure incur
a modest shipping charge. See the Shipping tab for more details.
Q. What is your privacy policy ?
A. When you visit our site, our web server collects data regarding page
visits, purchases etc.
The information we collect is used for internal review and is then discarded,
used to improve the content of our Web page, used to customize the content
and/or layout of our page for individual consumer and used by us to contact
consumers for marketing purposes. We will not sell your details or pass them to anyone else.
